Qualified in HVAC with project management qualifications and experience. Managed budgets up to £3.5m in value covering both hard and soft FM. Excellent design management experience including negotiation with client, contractors and outsourced FM providers. Strong experience of working for leading facilities providers with both regional and national remit. General Manager - UK wide - c£55k With full responsibility for total Hard FM to 74 buildings and 17 plant rooms. This ambitious candidate is seeking a new challenge wherever in the UK that may be. Currently looking after all PPM’s, reactive works and condition surveys and also responsible for keeping a hospital operational whilst major construction is in progressing balancing the Hospital operational needs against the requirements of the Construction team. Responsible for Catering, Sewing, Laundry, Clinical/General Waste, Grounds, Cleaning, Mailroom, Security, Reprographics, Estates, Helpdesk, Portering, Operation of the Concept self reporting system and liaison with the Trust at all levels. Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reporting and Budgeting.Senior Facilities Manager - London - c£75K This outstanding candidate has been defining, managing and implementing FM standards across the UK and Europe in “blue chip” corporate environment for the past 15 years. A senior facilities manager who has worked across the UK and Europe delivering IFM solutions within the public and private sector experienced in supporting the role out of a growing business across the UK and Europe or consolidation of a business back to its core. Managing £20 million + P+L and budgets. Able to set out the strategic plan and then drop down as required ensuring all members of the team deliver the solution in a pragmatic robust way. Dealt with all aspects of real estate life cycle from identification of new property to refurbishment and disposal via planning advisors and local authorities for client, in house and tenant issues from requirement to completion. Using FM modelling tools to continuously review and recognise area’s where the services can be improved. Saving 3 million pounds from a 9 million pound third generation supply chain. Within the CAPEX and OPEX budgets, using risk management principles to ensure the FM team successfully deliver a robust asset solution to secure the core businesses operational capability in environments such as data centres and other critical system operations. A Strategic leader of the team (both in-house and supply partners) to deliver value for money solutions, through skill gap analyses process management, KPI and SLA and better contract governance. Facilities Manager - Liverpool & North West - c£30k Highly recommended front of house and client service manager currently working on a high end blue chip client in Canary Wharf who is in the process of relocating with his wife to the North West. Responsible for all soft service, concierge and administration delivery on behalf of a leading service provider to a major financial institution. Strong 5* hotel services background and a dedicated attitude to delivering the highest customer service. Regional Facilities Manager - M62 Corridor - c£33k Strong regional FM within the property management sector with responsibility for managing a number of properties within several sectors including commercial, industrial and retail. Excellent soft service background with account management experience up to £4.5m covering 42 sites. Excellent operational delivery and customer care skills. Most recently working for a leading national property manager where he had full budget responsibility and service charge experience. Has recently undertaken personal development by self-funding himself through hard service focused courses. HVAC Engineer/Supervisor - Midland (Mobile) - c£30k A vastly experienced candidate with HVAC/Electrical/GasSafe qualifications seeking a mobile role in the Midlands area for a client or service provider. Can work on own or in a team with the ability to prioritise work and deal with customers on a planned and reactive maintenance basis.
